FINANCE OFFICER (1 POST)
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager:

Duties and Responsibilities

Duties and Responsibilities
 Overseeing the finance and accounting portfolios of the company.
 Setting up and overseeing financial and accounting system controls and standards for
the company.
 Developing budgets for approval by the Management Board.
 Preparing budgets for various units of the company, in line with the overall company
strategy and forecasts.
 Monitoring budget performance and reporting at set intervals.
 Preparing company financial reports on a regular basis for consideration by the
Management Board.
 Preparing company financial reports for audit purposes and act as contact person with
auditors.
 Ensure compliance with tax laws of the country.
 Any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by the General Manager.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Qualifications
The ideal applicant should possess the following qualifications:
 A Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
 Relevant postgraduate qualification in business administration, finance or related field
would be an added advantage.
 A good understanding of financial management and accounting.
 Good report writing and presentation skills.
 Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
 Clean criminal record.
 At least 3 years’ experience at senior management level and 1-2 years’ experience in
Payroll Administration.
