About Us: Action for Youth Foundation Trust is a registered not-for-profit, non-governmental organization dedicated to creating a safe and supportive environment for Youths Living with HIV, Orphans & Vulnerable Children and Youths in Key Population Communities in Zimbabwe.
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Finance Assistant to support our financial management activities on a volunteer basis.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in financial data entry and record-keeping - Support financial transactions, including payments and receipts - Assist in preparing financial reports and statements - Maintain and update financial files and documents - Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications and Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field - At least 1 year of experience in financial management or a related field - Experience working with NGOs or non-profit organizations is an added advantage - Strong knowledge of financial management principles and practices - Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills - CPD in Business Administrations is an added advantage.
