FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER (1 POST)
The successful candidate will report to the General Manager
Duties and Responsibilities
The successful candidate would be expected to:
Provide regular financial updates and reports to the General Manager, ensuring timely
and accurate information for decision-making.
Manage day-to-day financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, and financial
analysis.
Oversee and ensure the accuracy of financial transactions, record-keeping, and
documentation.
Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Supervise accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and tax filings.
Develop and monitor internal financial controls to ensure compliance with organizational
policies and relevant regulations.
Liaise with external auditors to ensure smooth and efficient audits.
Prepare and submit financial reports to regulatory authorities as required.
Coordinate office administration, including facilities management, office supplies, and
coordination of meetings and travel arrangements.
Provide financial guidance and administrative assistance as required.
Manage and train junior finance and administration staff, fostering a collaborative and
high-performing team.
Minimum Qualifications
The successful candidate must possess at least:-
A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
A Minimum of 5 years experience in financial management and administration, preferably in a similar role.
A demostrable knowledge of accounting software and financial management tools (e.g., QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel).
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Strong attention to detail skills with a focus on accuracy.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proven ability to work under pressure and meeting deadlines.
Solid understanding of financial regulations, tax compliance, and business laws.
Experience managing or leading a team is highly desirable.
A clean criminal record.
