This role involves managing day-to-day financial tasks, such as processing invoices, tracking expenses, and assisting with budget preparation. Additionally, the assistant will handle various administrative duties, including office management, communication, and client support. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Duties and Responsibilities

Process and record invoices, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
Track and reconcile company expenses, maintaining accurate records.
Assist in preparing and monitoring budgets.
Generate financial reports as needed.
Manage petty cash and reconcile bank statements.
Assist with reception duties
Provide administrative support to other departments.
Greet clients and visitors, providing a positive first impression.

Qualifications and Experience

Degree/Diploma in accounting, finance, or business administration preferred.
Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
