Victoria Falls Investments is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Personal Assistant to provide administrative support to our senior leadership team based in Victoria Falls.
- Provide exceptional administrative support, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations
- Manage complex calendars, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, presentations, and events
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism
- Develop and implement effective administrative processes and systems
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, and external partners
- Anticipate and respond to the needs of the senior leadership team
- 3+ years of experience as an Executive Personal Assistant or in a similar role
- Proven track record of providing exceptional administrative support
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other productivity tools
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and professionalism
