Reporting To Environmental Health Officer
Duties and Responsibilities
-Surveillance, investigation, control of infectious diseases and contact tracing -Premises inspections and health inspections for licensing, routine checks, and control investigations -Monitoring the quality of water and food -Management of solid waste -Educating the community about health and hygiene -Construction of health reports -Other reasonably assigned duties by the Environmental Health Officer
Qualifications and Experience
-Diploma or Degree in Environmental Health, or equivalent qualification -Valid EHPCZ practising certificate (“EHPCZ” = Environmental Health Practitioners Council of Zimbabwe) -At least 1 year of relevant experience -Maximum age: 55 years
