This position involves building relationships with potential clients and persuading them to sell their products on the Tradeit Marketplace (https://tradeit.co.zw). You will be fully trained to answer any technical and general questions clients might have. The position involves a fair amount of customer service duties, including helping clients resolve any issues they might have with managing any aspect of their marketplace store. You will be required to travel in your local area to visit clients at their premisses as well as schedule meetings online.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Educate clients about the the benefits of e-commerce (buying and selling products online) 2. Persuade clients to create their online shop on the Tradeit Online Marketplace 3. Help clients sign up, upload products, manage orders, etc 4. Advertise and promote Tradeit on various Social Media platforms 5. File weekly progress reports as directed by management.
Qualifications and Experience
Advanced computer literacy is a must have A formal qualification in IT, Sales, Marketing, Business Studies or other related professions will be a distinct advantage
