DRIVER (FIXED-TERM CONTRACT)

Duties and Responsibilities

Reporting to the Administration Officer, the successful candidate will be responsible for:
-Providing safe, reliable, and efficient driving services to ZERA staff and officials.
-Supporting messenger duties, including delivery and collection of documents, parcels, and official correspondence.
-Ensuring timely distribution of mail to both internal departments and external stakeholders.
-Collecting and transporting vehicles for scheduled maintenance, servicing, and repairs as required.
-Maintaining accurate records of trips, fuel usage, and vehicle condition where necessary.
-Ensuring that assigned vehicles are always clean, roadworthy, and well-maintained.
-Adhering strictly to road safety regulations and organizational transport policies.
