We are seeking a creative and skilled Doughnut Chef to join our restaurant team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for crafting delicious, high-quality doughnuts with a variety of flavors, fillings, and toppings. You will be responsible for preparing dough, frying or baking, decorating, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation. A strong understanding of food safety, ingredient quality, and production efficiency is essential.Key Responsibilities: Prepare doughnut dough from scratch using standardized recipes. Operate doughnut-making equipment (mixers, fryers, proofers, extruders, etc.). Fry, bake, or cook doughnuts to perfection while maintaining texture and flavor. Fill, glaze, and decorate doughnuts with precision and creativity. Develop new and innovative doughnut flavors, fillings, and toppings. Monitor inventory of ingredients and supplies, ensuring freshness and quality. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment to meet production demands. Collaborate with the bakery team to ensure smooth operations. Follow all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.

Qualifications and Experience
Qualifications & Skills: Proven experience as a Doughnut Maker, Baker, or Pastry Chef. Knowledge of doughnut-making techniques (yeast-raised, cake, filled, etc.). Creativity in flavor development and presentation. Ability to follow recipes while also experimenting with new ideas. Strong attention to detail and consistency in product quality. Familiarity with bakery equipment and kitchen tools. Understanding of food safety and sanitation practices. Ability to work early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift heavy ingredients (50kg). Preferred Experience : Formal training in pastry arts or culinary school. Experience in a high-volume bakery or doughnut shop.
