Duties and Responsibilities

Economic Strengthening activities ensuring that sessions meet program quality standards.
• Directly supports program monitoring through tracking weekly targets and mobilizing project data.
• Ensure timely reporting of program activities using CeSHHAR weekly, monthly, biannual, and annual reporting formats.

Qualifications and Experience

Qualifications and Experience
A Degree in Social Science ,Economics or a closely related field, A minimum of 3 years’ experience in youth health interventions and/or economic strengthening programming, Demonstrated experience in design and delivery of training and mentorship in youth focused interventions, Experience in program planning, community mobilization, implementation of program activities and capacity building, Knowledge of health and development interventions, including HIV/AIDS, key populations and mental health, Understanding of the DREAMS program aims, principles, values and rights-based approaches for young people, Fluency in local languages a distinct advantage, Strong interpersonal communication skills and sense of confidentiality, Ability to work effectively within a team, to network and to work under pressure, Strong strategic planning, administrative and financial management skills, Excellent verbal and written communication skills
