Work alongside pharmacist in the efficient operations of the pharmacy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Participating in all branch processes including dispensing, assisting patients in choice of over-the-counter medication, offering patient advice or referring to the pharmacist, operating point of sale devices, making orders and stocking shelves, maintaining records for all services provided in the pharmacy, inventory management and making sure the pharmacy fulfills its legal obligations or as per company policies. Tailoring conversations to patients' needs. Seeking opportunities to engage with other healthcare personnel. The vacancy is in our pharmacy in Concession (near Mazowe).
Qualifications and Experience
Must have Mathematics and English at O'Level. National Certificate of Dispensary Assistance or equivalent or working towards one. Additionally we are looking for candidates with experience in customer-focused environments, strong understanding of confidentiality and ability to handle medications accurately.
