Duties and Responsibilities

-Report directly to the Vice Chancellor, providing strategic and scientific leadership.
-Manage the Centre's research and community programs.
-Facilitate cutting-edge research in wildlife and fauna conservation in the Province.
-Provide research opportunities for Master's and Doctoral Studies.
-Mobilize resources to support and fulfill the Centre's objectives.
-Engage stakeholders and develop viable collaborations.

Qualifications and Experience

-Master's degree in Animal Science/Wildlife Management/Conservation/Ecology/Zoology/Veterinary Sciences.
-PhD in Animal Science/Wildlife Management/Conservation/Ecology/Zoology/Veterinary Sciences.
-Five (5) years of post-qualification experience in wildlife research, with a minimum of two (2) years at the managerial level.
-Relevant publications in high-impact refereed journals.
-High level of written and oral communication skills, along with a strong knowledge of business processes.
