DIGITAL MARKETING OFFICER

Duties and Responsibilities

-Implement assigned digital strategic marketing initiatives to improve business operational efficiency across all digital media platforms.
-Manage digital channels including websites, digital CI, social networking/media, and other online activities.
-Create visual content using tools such as Adobe Creative Suite or Canva to communicate brand messages and enhance design aesthetics.
-Use digital platforms to market and distribute Group products.
-Maintain assigned web environments, ensuring proper information management, reporting, and functional development.
-Update website content with fresh, dynamic copy, imagery, audio, and video materials.
-Create and write engaging, punchy content suitable for websites, including copywriting and editing.
-Develop online content across all digital platforms.
-Develop scripts and content for online marketing campaigns.
-Produce in-house online content including design, photography, and videography.
-Prepare monthly performance reports evaluating website and social media effectiveness, with recommendations for improvement.
-Establish and maintain relationships with media owners.
-Proofread and quality-check content prior to publication or advertising.
-Evaluate campaign effectiveness and performance.
-Liaise and interact with assigned advertising agents.

Qualifications and Experience

Training / Competencies:
-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing (required).
-Post-graduate certificate in Digital Marketing and Graphic Design.
-Minimum of 3+ years’ experience with a proven track record of delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects concurrently.
