Join Us on the Frontline of Change
For over three decades, Frontline AIDS has stood with marginalised communities across the globe—challenging stigma, breaking down systemic barriers, and delivering life-saving HIV prevention and treatment services. Founded in 1993, our mission has always been clear: a future free from AIDS for everyone, everywhere.

As we prepare to roll out a bold new strategy in 2026, we are seeking a visionary leader to join our executive team as Deputy Executive Director: Operations. This is a rare opportunity to shape the future of one of the most dynamic global partnerships in the HIV response.

-Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Executive Director and senior leaders to develop and deliver the organisation’s strategic direction.
-Operational Excellence: Lead a unified and effective operations function across finance, HR, IT, risk, safeguarding, and administration.
-Financial Oversight: Ensure robust financial management, budget development, and implementation of policies that support sustainability.
-Cultural Stewardship: Promote a values-driven workplace that embodies feminism, inclusivity, and anti-racist principles.
