The data entry clerk is responsible for accurately entering all kinds of company data into the system and ensuring the integrity and confidentiality of the data. This position requires candidates to have strong meticulousness and typing speed, and be able to efficiently handle large amounts of data.
Data Entry:
Accurately and quickly enter data information from various sources into the company database or information management system.
Ensure the completeness and accuracy of data entry to avoid errors or omissions.
Data Audit:
Regularly check and verify the entered data to ensure that it is consistent with the original data.
Identify and correct errors or inconsistencies in the data.
Report Generation:
Extract and generate various statistical reports and data analysis tables from the database according to needs.
Support the data needs of other departments and provide necessary data services.

Job Requirements:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Experience: At least 1 year of data entry or related work experience, data management experience is preferred.
Skills required:
Strong detail orientation and accuracy, able to handle repetitive tasks efficiently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and data management software.
Fast typing skills and good time management skills.
Language skills: Fluent in English, with good written and oral communication skills.
