Duties and Responsibilities

-Receive and manage all customer requests, incidents, and inquiries.
-Offer first-level troubleshooting for customer problems.
-Generate tickets for each service incident and request.
-Escalate issues in accordance with service level agreements (SLAs).

Qualifications and Experience

-Currently pursuing a degree in Telecommunications or an equivalent field.
-Excellent communication skills.
-High level of digital literacy.
-Personal laptop for work use.
