Duties and Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

Communicate with customers through telephone, email and other channels to answer questions and provide support.
Handle customer complaints and ensure that problems are resolved in a timely manner.
Maintain customer information and ensure accurate updates.

Qualifications and Experience

Job Requirements:

Education: High school degree or above.
Experience: 1-2 years of customer service experience preferred.
Skills: Excellent communication skills, proficiency in computer and office software.
