VACANCY: CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SPECIALIST
We are seeking a mature, highly motivated, and professional Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who is passionate about customer service and capable of representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Serve as the face of the company and the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
-Manage customer relationships and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
-Perform administrative duties efficiently and accurately.
-Assist with accounts-related functions, including record keeping and reconciliations.
-Handle inquiries, correspondence, and office coordination.
-Maintain high standards of professionalism and confidentiality

Qualifications and Experience

-Mature lady with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Strong administration and organizational abilities.
-Good understanding of basic accounting and financial record management.
-Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
-High level of integrity, professionalism, and attention to detail.
-Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
-Possession of a valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
