This job exists to add value to the company through the provision of business support to all functions of ABC Auctions and serve as the face of the company. The role requires customer care agents to provide information about the company's products and services, address any customer concerns as well as assisting customers win their needs
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for handling all incoming communication channels including emails, social media, phone calls and more. Responsible for greeting and assisting all walk ins. Records all conversations in customer profiles or lot profiles for customer tracking. Communicates with all customers with kindness, patience and empathy
