•Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field •Minimum 2 years’ experience in credit control or debt recovery (microfinance experience is an added advantage) •Strong communication and negotiation skills •Excellent analytical and reporting skills •High level of integrity and professionalism •Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
