Credit Administrator at PTRSERVE Investments (Private) Limited

Duties and Responsibilities

The incumbent will be responsible for;
-Generating new business through marketing, research and sales initiatives
-Vetting clients and recommending appropriate loan product for the clients
-Maintaining closer customer contact and monitor loan use, loan servicing and progress as per
applicant’s business model
-Following up clients in arrears and updating relevant credit files and records
-Monitoring loan book performance
-Attending to all walk-in customers with full query handling
-Ensuring clients’ queries are attended to promptly and efficiently.
-Processing loan applications verifying required documents and making sure they are of the
required standard
-Ensuring client details are captured correctly in the system
-Submit all processed applications to the Disbursement desk timely to ensure that the Company
meets its turnaround time frames
-Receiving and processing payments for all clients
-Balancing Cash Teller account, and updating bank balance tracker for cash received and paid out.
-Competition watch and providing regular feedback to management
