CMED Private Limited is seeking applications from qualified individuals to fill the position of Cook. The successful candidate will report directly to the Human Resource Officer.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Prepare, cook, and serve meals for employees and visitors/clients. -Serve snacks and meals during company meetings or events. -Ensure cleanliness of all canteen materials, utensils, canteen facility, and equipment, maintaining a clean and hygienic canteen environment. -Check and monitor equipment regularly to ensure functionality. -Plan daily work activities to ensure timely preparation and serving of meals. -Determine meal types based on available stock for the day or week, contributing to menu development. -Monitor cooking methods to ensure the provision of quality food and reduce food wastage. -Keep track of stock movement and usage to avoid wastage.
Qualifications and Experience
-Minimum of 5 "O" Levels. -Certificate in Food Science & Catering / Cookery Certificate or equivalent.
