Applications are invited from qualified midwives to LEAD a 2-hour consultancy assignment (First session is on 5th October, 2025)
Key Tasks:
1. Lead review of our systems, with emphasis on hands-on training for the Resident Midwife and Nurse Aides in completing a partograph and other essential records.
2. Present a step-by-step guide on examination/assessment parameters for both Antenatal Care (ANC) and Postnatal Care (PNC) visits.
3. Demonstrate step-by-step monitoring of labour and correct recording procedures.
4. Provide sample charts and records for practical use.
5. Prepare and deliver a PowerPoint presentation.

Experienced Midwife
Presentation skills/Power point
Ability to lead an interactive training session
Administer practicals session on completion of partograph, labour monitoring essentials, ANC essentials
