EcoCash Holdings is looking for a competent Compliance Manager to join its Insurtech team. The role exits to ensure that products comply with all regulatory requirements and standards of best practice, provides guidance to the business on compliance matters.
Duties and Responsibilities
Ensures that products comply with all regulatory requirements and standards of best practice.Monitors processes and procedures to confirm compliance.Analyses Customer transactions to detect money laundering and suspicious transactions.Investigates suspicious transactions for possible money laundering activities.Assesses adherences to documented internal operational processes and procedures.Assesses adequacy of processes and procedures on new and existing products.Prepares and gathers documentations for new products, enhancements and any other regulatory applications.
Qualifications and Experience
-2-4 years experience in a Banking/ Insurance Compliance/Risk environment -A Degree in Insurance, Banking, Business Studies, Finance, Economics or Accounting -Experience in insurance operations, policy formulation and internal control systems -Post Graduate Qualification in Risk Management/Insurance is an added advantage
