Qualifications and Experience

We are looking for a hungry, ambitious self-starter who brings:
•Background: Preferably a recent graduate with a Degree or Diploma in Journalism, Media Studies, Creative Arts, or Communications.
•The Voice: Exceptional, fluent, and highly confident communicator in both English and Shona. You must be completely fearless on camera, highly relatable, and able to talk to anyone on the street.
•Technical Execution: Highly tech-savvy with proven skills in modern video editing software to produce sharp, viral-ready content.
•Digital Native: A deep understanding of social media algorithms, hooks, trends, and growth mechanics.
•The Mindset: A fierce "no-quit" attitude and a genuine entrepreneurial spirit. You understand the grit it takes to build a startup and are motivated by direct equity ownership.
