job Description

This role is accountable for driving business growth within Platinum Club while managing risk and minimizing loss to the Bank. The successful candidate will be responsible for nurturing client relationships, developing quality business opportunities, and safeguarding portfolio integrity through proactive risk management practices.

Duties and Responsibilities

Business Development;
-Identify and develop profitable business opportunities in line with the Platinum Club strategy
-Negotiate facility terms and pricing with clients
-Cross-sell banking products offered by the group
-Build and execute comprehensive account strategies for managed relationships

Portfolio Quality & Risk Management
-Ensure timely completion of facility documentation and registration of securities
-Review client profitability and prevent revenue leakages
-Enforce compliance with facility terms, underwriting policies, and regulatory standards
-Monitor credit performance and report deteriorating credits promptly
-Adhere to all Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) regulations

Client servicing
-Improve customer service experience by responding to issues raised through customer feedback and displaying desired behaviours accordingly.
-Provide world class service to internal and external clients by engaging, listening, understanding the client's needs, delivering on requirements within process and procedures; and providing feedback to clients.
-Ensure complaints are resolved or escalated within SLA to build relationships, trust and achieve sales and service objectives.
-Ensure that customers’ needs are explored and understood by conducting needs analysis, while engaging the client and make appropriate recommendations to retain and grow the portfolio.
-Educate and guide clients in terms of after sales servicing and maintenance on products sold, in anticipation of future needs to increase client satisfaction and efficiencies.
-Take ownership of all queries, complaints, issues and compliments raised and referred and ensure timely resolution by the relevant party.
