Job Description:
As a Client Relationship Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing a portfolio of executive clients. Your primary responsibility involves providing a comprehensive range of individual insurance products and services, aimed at retaining and growing the OMEX Club Portfolio. This role encompasses underwriting and new business development functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Identifying potential clients for Omex Club and converting leads into new business sales.
-Assessing risk and preparing quotations in line with risk evaluation.
-Managing mid-term policy changes and amendments.
-Assisting Credit Controllers with premium accounting queries or discrepancies.
-Monitoring portfolio loss ratios and implementing improvement measures.
-Providing technical support and advice, recommending appropriate coverage for submitted risks.
-Meeting or exceeding targets for revenue growth, profit margin, product mix, and service sales.
-Adhering to quality standards and processes for client acquisition opportunities.
-Ensuring compliance with contractual arrangements and agreements.
-Identifying new products/opportunities aligned with client needs.
-Cross-selling and upselling OM and Cabs products to high-net-worth clients.

Marketing Responsibilities:
-Marketing a full spectrum of insurance products.
-Cross-selling group products.
-Reviewing client product portfolios regularly and recommending new products.
-Staying abreast of industry trends to align products with client needs.
-Conducting market intelligence and research on potential clients and competitors.
-Assisting the Marketing division when required.
-Organizing Omex Club client entertainment events.

Risk Management:
-Evaluating and managing the validity of policy documents.
-Determining and managing the liability of claims.
-Selecting and accepting risk on behalf of the organization.
-Complying with anti-money laundering processes and reporting incidents promptly.

Client Service Delivery:
-Regularly meeting with intermediaries and clients to address service-related concerns.
-Taking responsibility for delivering superior individualized service to clients.
-Building key relationships with industry players.
-Collaborating with back-office service providers for timely settlement of claims and query resolution.
-Dealing with client complaints expeditiously and escalating when necessary.

Education and Qualifications:
-University degree in Insurance and Risk Management, Marketing, or Business Studies.
-Operational Insurance and Risk Management – Required.
-Sales and Retail Product Knowledge – Advanced.
-Relational Management – Core.
