Claims Recoveries Administrator

Duties and Responsibilities

-Manages third-party claim recoveries and knock-for-knock agreements.
-Appoints and monitors debt collectors and tracing agents.
-Collaborates with Legal and external services on prosecution matters.
-Maintains and updates recovery and salvage registers.
-Registers claims, authorizes repairs, and controls claim costs.
-Drafts repudiation letters and ensures policy compliance.
-Generates monthly management reports.
-Liaises with underwriters, reinsurers, brokers, and clients.
-Handles and escalates complaints effectively.
