Savtap Medical Group is in search of a dynamic and meticulous Claims Officer to join our team. As a Claims Officer, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring precise and timely processing of insurance claims, maintaining comprehensive financial records, and collaborating with various stakeholders to uphold the highest standards in claims management.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Claims Processing: Efficiently process and analyze insurance claims, ensuring adherence to company policies and industry regulations.
-Documentation: Maintain organized and detailed records of all claims, supporting documentation, and related financial transactions.
-Communication: Collaborate with internal departments, external service providers, and clients to collect necessary information and resolve queries related to claims.
-Compliance: Stay abreast of industry regulations and company policies to ensure compliance in claims processing.
-Analysis and Reporting: Generate reports on claims activities, analyze trends, and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
-Customer Service: Address inquiries from clients, policyholders, and internal stakeholders regarding claims status and related matters.
-Quality Assurance: Implement and uphold quality control measures to enhance the accuracy and efficiency of claims processing.
Qualifications and Experience
-Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Risk and Insurance from a recognized institution.
-Age: Below 25 years.
-Experience: While prior experience is advantageous, we welcome recent graduates who are enthusiastic and capable.
-Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess and process complex insurance claims.
-Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
-Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in claims processing and documentation.
-Team Player: Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
