3.2.2 Chief Technician (1 Post)
Expected to provide the technical department in organising laboratory practicals and fieldwork in different modules.
The work involves providing leadership in maintenance of infrastructure and teaching venues among other issues.
Responsible for maintaining the asset register for equipment in the department and organise the other technicians in the delivery of practicals to undergraduate and postgraduate students.

Applicants must have at least a first degree in Environmental Science/ Cartography/ Geomatics/ or any Geospatial Sciences related discipline.
