ABOUT THE COMPANY
We are a licensed and rapidly growing casino and gaming services company, providing professional management, financial administration, and technical support to casino operations. As part of our expansion strategy, we are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial governance, regulatory compliance, and internal controls across our operations.

HOW TO APPLY

Duties and Responsibilities

Financial Management & Reporting:
• Oversee all financial operations across casino branches
• Develop and manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning systems
• Prepare timely financial statements, audit files, and regulatory reports
• Implement multi-currency financial systems suitable for high-cash-volume operations

Compliance, AML & Risk Control:
• Ensure compliance with the Lotteries and Gaming Act, taxation requirements, and statutory reporting
• Oversee AML/KYC frameworks, internal control systems, and fraud-prevention measures
• Conduct risk assessments for casino cash cycles, payouts, and revenue systems

Audit & Internal Controls:
• Lead internal and external audit processes
• Strengthen internal financial controls and safeguard high-risk assets
• Ensure accuracy in gaming revenue recording, reconciliation, and reporting

Operational & Strategic Leadership:
• Work closely with casino operations to maintain financial integrity of gaming activities
• Oversee procurement, licensing payments, and relationships with foreign gaming equipment suppliers
• Provide strategic financial insight to executive management to support business growth
• Manage finance staff and supervise skills development and performance

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or a related field
• Professional certifications such as ACCA, CIMA, or CPA are an advantage
• Minimum 8 years of senior financial management experience in gaming, hospitality, or high-cash-volume sectors
• Strong understanding of AML/KYC regulations, gaming financial systems, and forensic accounting
• Experience working with multi-currency environments and international reporting standards
• Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills
