Scope and General Purpose of the Job:
Prepares daily, weekly, monthly and annual budget/ forecast.
Exercise responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the hotel management team and Hyatt International.
Responds to change in the Bakery function as dictated by the industry, company and hotel.
Qualifications:
Have a good knowledge of different international Bakery items.
Minimum 2 years relevant experience in similar position.
Must be able to deal with quality control and production control.
Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hotel and Restaurant Management or related qualification.
