Summary:
Position for a reliable, creative, experienced and hardworking chef has arisen and suitably qualified candidates are encouraged to apply.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Creating menu ensuring variety and quality.
- Carrying out food costing.
- Ordering and monitoring food supplies.
- Preparing high quality dishes.
- Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen.
-Training junior chefs.
- Working unsupervised and delivering quality food.

Qualifications and Experience

- Degree, diploma, certificate in Culinary Arts or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience.
