Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced candidates to fill the position of a Category Manager – Auxiliary Services based in Harare, reporting to the NFI Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

-Carries out research, identifying opportunities for growth and position the Zuva brand as the market leader.
-Analyses financial data related to auxiliary services and provide recommendations on financial implications.
-Prepares business cases, return on investment analysis, and cost-benefit assessments for proposed investments.
-Executes strategies to maximize revenue from non-fuel income auxiliary services.
-Analyses rental pricing models, sales turnover data, and market trends to optimize rental pricing.
-Develops financial forecasts and projections for non-fuel income auxiliary services.
-Executes strategies for geographic expansion, new customer segments, and service diversification.
-Building and maintaining a pipeline of potential clients and strategic partners.
-Analyses facility usage patterns and identifies opportunities to optimize utilisation and revenue generation.
-Identifies potential business opportunities, partnerships, and industry benchmarks.
-Coordinates activities, monitors progress, and track milestones to ensure successful execution of non-fuel income auxiliary services projects.

Qualifications and Experience

-First degree in Marketing, Business Management, Retail Management, Finance or equivalent.
-A professional qualification in the relevant field is an added advantage.
-Clean Class 4 drivers licence.
-A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Retail, Marketing, Petroleum or FMCG Industry, with a focus on driving revenue growth.

-Ability to lead, motivate, incentivise, and manage stakeholders and employees.
-Ability to develop and implement the long, medium, and short-term strategy and plans.
-Excellent verbal and written communication.
-Ability to present complex situations clearly and succinctly.
-Ability to negotiate, interact and achieve goals and targets.
