Lancet Laboratories Zimbabwe is currently seeking a qualified and detail-oriented individual for the position of Cashier in Bulawayo on a fixed-term contract. If you meet the specified requirements and are ready to contribute to the efficiency of our operations, we invite you to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
-Receive request forms from patients and verify whether all required patient information, including clinical data, is provided. -Log and process patients in the system, issuing receipts. -Attend to queries received from other stakeholders, resolve issues, and escalate difficult queries to the Head of Department (HOD) Cashiering to ensure customer satisfaction. -Close cash drawers with grand totals for the day and reopen with zero balances for the next day. -Receive samples and confirm that information on samples corresponds with data loaded on the system by the cashier. -Prepare banking documents and handover cash to the HOD Cashiering for safe banking purposes.
Qualifications and Experience
-Relevant degree or diploma. -Relevant working experience. -Ability to handle work-related pressure. -Attention to detail.
