With 36 locations strategically placed for customer convenience and efficiency, this role involves handling cash transactions, addressing customer inquiries, and providing friendly and courteous service.
-Provide world-class service by attending to teller-related transactions and banking requirements in accordance with established procedures.
-Identify cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and adhere to the branch operations manual, standing instructions, circulars, directives from the regulator, and Head Teller instructions.
-Authenticate clients and transactions following relevant procedures and policies to ensure accuracy and prevent fraud, risks, and losses.
-Verify actual cash on hand against system balances at the start and end of the day, taking corrective action promptly if needed.
-Comply with teller limits and report any discrepancies in cash on hand against system balances to management immediately.
-Prepare all transactional documents and originals (WASTE) in the required format by the specified deadline for filing purposes.
-Deliver world-class service to clients by greeting, listening, asking questions, and understanding client needs.
-Address identified needs following appropriate processes and procedures, providing feedback to clients to build relationships and retain them.
-Identify opportunities for suggestions to better meet customer needs and refer them to the relevant area for potential cross-selling.
-Stay informed about CABS risk and compliance requirements through reading circulars, standing instructions, and attending sessions to remain current.
-Seek opportunities to improve business processes and systems by identifying and recommending effective ways to operate and add value to CABS.
-Act as a brand ambassador by displaying appropriate behavior and embracing CABS values.
