A local faith based Non-Governmental Organization involved in humanitarian, development and advocacy work seeks to fill the following vacant positions:
1. Business Development Officer The main role of the Business Development Officer is to lead the planning and management of organizational business projects and properties to ensure organizational sustainability.
Duties and Responsibilities
▪Manage and maintain current business projects and properties for the organization ▪Identify new business opportunities to ensure growth and profitability ▪Exploring new markets, segments, and revenue streams to expand the organization's presence ▪Establish and maintain partnerships with key business partnerships ▪Develop business plans and strategies ▪Support the organization’s economic empowerment and entrepreneurship projects
Qualifications and Experience
▪A first degree in Business Management and Entrepreneurship ▪A Master’s Degree is an added advantage ▪At least 3 years of experience in Business Management projects ▪Able to develop business plans and cashflows for projects ▪Good record keeping
