Duties and Responsibilities

-Market leasing and the bank’s products to potential clients, explaining offerings and attracting clients to the bank to maintain a healthy loan book in Bulawayo and the broader region.
-Gather corporate intelligence information on existing and target customers.
-Analyze and interpret financial and relevant information on existing and potential clients to determine credit facilities.
-Prepare credit applications and make recommendations to respective Credit Committees under the guidance of the Head of Business Development.
-Coordinate with other departments to ensure the delivery of excellent service.
-Monitor client’s account performance throughout the lease duration and take necessary action in line with ACL's delinquency policy if needed.

Qualifications and Experience

-Minimum of two years’ experience in credit management.
-Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance, Business Studies, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
-B.Acc / B. Comm and an appropriate professional qualification (e.g., IOBZ, Credit Risk Management) is an added advantage.
-Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
-Ability to balance team and individual responsibilities, fostering morale and commitment to goals and objectives.
