Duties and Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager at USAID. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and implementing strategic partnerships, and managing relationships with stakeholders. The role involves conducting market research, analyzing trends, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure successful project implementation. The Business Development Manager will also be involved in monitoring project progress, evaluating impact, and reporting to senior management.

Qualifications and Experience

-Experience in business development, sales, or related field
-Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills
-Ability to identify and evaluate business opportunities
-Experience in project management and proposal writing
-Knowledge of international development and global issues
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
-Ability to work independently and collaboratively
-Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Relations, or a related field
