We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Lead to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for driving business success.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations for clients.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify opportunities and threats.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with clients to ensure profitable deals for the company.
• Prepare and deliver regular sales reports and forecasts to the management team.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Proven track record of successful sales and business development in a similar role.
• A basic understanding of retail.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
