We are looking for a Business Assistant to assist our Business Director!
Job Responsibilities:
Support management with daily affairs, including scheduling, meeting organization, and travel arrangements.
Process and archive company documents to ensure accurate information.
Coordinate business needs between customers and suppliers and provide support.
Assist in organizing sales activities, business meetings, and internal training.
Maintain customer database, manage sales records and reports.
Assist in market research and sales analysis, and provide business advice.
Job Requirements:
College or bachelor's degree or above, business management, car sales or related fields are preferred.
1-3 years of business assistant or related experience, with a background in the car sales industry preferred.
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Meticulous, team-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
