Requirements Gathering and Analysis
•Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
•Conduct thorough business process analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
requirements are approved and signed-off by all necessary stakeholders.
• Archiving all documentation on an online company portal.
•Translate business requirements into clear and comprehensive user stories, functional specifications, and system designs.
•Foster effective communication channels between technical teams and business stakeholders.
•Work closely with the development team to ensure that solutions meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget.
•Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to ensure test cases align with business requirements.
•Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
•At least 4 years experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment
