Job Responsibilities - Develop, implement and monitor annual budgets aligned with SAZ’s strategic objectives - Analyze financial data and trends to inform budgeting and financial planning decisions - Collaborate with department heads to collect budget inputs and ensure accuracy - Monitor and control expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budget allocations - Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual budget reports for management review - Ensure compliance with financial policies, relevant regulations, and organizational procedures - Identify financial risks and recommend effective mitigation strategies - Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies - Recommend and implement process improvements to strengthen budgetary control - Provide financial advice and support to department heads and other staff members
Skills & Abilities - Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, EGP, and advanced Excel - Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills - Ability to collaborate effectively with various departments - Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis
Qualifications and Experience
Educational Qualifications - Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field - Minimum of 2 years’ experience in budgeting, financial planning, and analysis - Familiarity with SAZ operations, products and applicable regulatory standards is an added advantage
