Duties and Responsibilities
The role – what we expect from you: -Carry out research and identify strategies to attract and retain individual & corporate clients. -Structure risk management solutions for individual and corporate clients to generate advisory fees. -Identify customer needs for short-term insurance, consult insurance companies and develop short-term insurance quotations for prospective clients. -Provide personalized advisory services to clients, including risk assessment and mitigation strategies -Manage all claims processing, including documentation, progress, communications and follow-ups. -Carry out regular competitor and environment analysis and give feedback for development. -Resolve client queries and advise clients promptly. -Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial needs and goals.
Qualifications and Experience
-Qualifications, Skills and experience required -Undergraduate degree in Insurance & Risk Management, Marketing or Related Degree. -Certificate of Proficiency (COP) or equivalent. -3 years’ experience in the insurance sector with 2 years’ experience in a marketing, client services or customer relationship management role. -Strong verbal and written communication skills. -Attention to detail.
