Post E: Bricklayer / Builder / Tiler (1 Post: Kwekwe Campus)
The Builder / Bricklayer is responsible for the following duties:
--Interpretation of working drawing
-Carrying out construction activity on assigned projects: brick and block laying, plastering, and tiling
-Assisting supervisors with structural design, planning, layout, and installation
--Carrying out renovations and refurbishments
-General maintenance of buildings
-Adhering to building by-laws in all construction work
--Contributing to the success of the Central Services and Amenities Department by performing all other essential duties as assigned

-Class One Journeyman certificate in Building
-A minimum of 2 years’ professional work experience as a Builder
-Competence in tiling will be an added advantage

-Exceptional customer service skills
-Effective verbal and written communication skills
