Duties and Responsibilities

Supervising Staff:
-Manage and provide guidance to branch employees, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
-Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures, fostering a culture of excellent customer service.

Operations Management:
-Oversee all activities related to the branch's operations, implementing strategies to enhance efficiency and meet customer demands.
-Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure the availability of proper equipment and resources.

Financial Management:
-Accountable for meeting or exceeding the branch’s sales targets and financial objectives.
-Analyze financial reports, set budgets, and implement strategies to increase revenue and reduce costs.
-Ensure accurate invoicing, cash handling, and adherence to accounting processes.

Customer Service:
-Ensure the delivery of high-quality customer service, resolving complaints and inquiries.
-Maintain positive customer relationships and implement improvements to enhance customer satisfaction.

Compliance and Safety:
-Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
-Maintain safety protocols for a secure work environment, conducting regular inspections to address any safety hazards.

Reporting and Evaluation:
-Prepare and submit regular reports on the branch’s performance to management.
-Analyze data, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
-Collaborate with other supervisors to share best practices and ensure consistency across branches.
