Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage end to end creditors function including invoice verification, reconciliations and supplier payments. - Maintain and reconcile cash books across multiple accounts. - Prepare and process local and foreign payments in a timely manner. - Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records relating to accounts payable and cadhbook management. - Address and resolve supplier and bank queries efficiently, etc.
Qualifications and Experience
QUALIFICATIONS -Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent. -Studying towards a professional qualification is an added advantage.
EXPERIENCE - Minimum of 5 years working experience in bookkeeping or Accounting. - Strong working knowledge of SAGE Evolution. - Demonstrated experience in handling full creditors and cash book functions -Clean class 2 Driver's licence is an added advantage
