The Billing & Reconciliation Clerk will be responsible for timely and accurate claims submissions and reconciliations with prompt collections of all medical aids/corporate clients funds, ensuring efficient maintenance of all medical aid/corporate clients related information on the system.
-5 Ordinary levels including Maths and English.
-Credit Control/Accounting qualification (minimum diploma level
-Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a medical aid related or credit control environment.
-Knowledge of Healthcare billing procedures, documentation, and industry standards.
-Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
-Good communication skills (oral and written English).
