We are searching for a skilled and charismatic Barman to join our dynamic team. As the face of our bar, you will play a pivotal role in crafting a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while creating a welcoming atmosphere that ensures every guest experience is memorable. Duties and Responsibilities
Beverage Preparation & Service: Prepare and serve a variety of classic and signature cocktails, spirits, wines, and non-alcoholic drinks according to our high-quality standards and recipes.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide personalized drink recommendations, engage with guests to build rapport, and ensure an overall positive and inviting bar experience.
Bar Operations & Inventory: Manage inventory, including ordering, monitoring stock levels, and conducting regular stock takes to minimize waste.
Cleanliness & Safety: Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area, adhering to all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
Cash Handling & Reconciliation: Efficiently handle cash and credit transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and performing end-of-shift accounting processes.
Qualifications and Experience
-Proven experience (at least 2 years in a similar position is a common requirement). -Strong knowledge of cocktail recipes, mixology techniques, and beverage presentation. -Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. -A relevant hospitality qualification is a significant advantage.
