Location: Bindura Are you passionate about cars and have a knack for working with tyres, suspension, and basic car parts? We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Tyre and Suspension Technician to join our team at Duckner Investments Private Ltd.
Duties and Responsibilities
Responsibilities: • Perform tyre installations, replacements, and repairs with precision and efficiency. • Assist customers in selecting the right tyres and suspension parts for their vehicles. • Maintain an organized inventory of tyres, suspension parts, and basic car components. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications and Experience
Requirements: • Diploma or equivalent qualification. • Certification from a vocational school or trade school is preferred. • At least 5 O Levels including Maths and English • Previous experience in tyre fitting, suspension work, and basic car parts is preferred. • Strong knowledge of various tyre brands, sizes, and specifications. • Familiarity with suspension systems and their components. • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Strong communication and customer service skills. • Valid driver's license and clean driving record. • Ability to coordinate programs, prepare reports and maintain accurate records.
